The benefits of cat purring:

There are numerous benefits to owning a cat.

Many of which are therapeutic and overall healthy.  A cat’s purr vibrates within a range of 20-140 Hz, the cats purrs will may counteract; dysponea, heart disease, high blood pressure, infections, soft tissue injuries and bone weakness.

So the next time your furry companion snuggles up to you while you’re trying to use your laptop, stop whatever you’re doing and snuggle her back. It may not be good for your productivity, but it’s good for your health.
